Pregnancy App

Anyone out there using a pregnancy App?  I have an Android, and I was thinking of getting one after seeing my friend's cute app. What do you recommend?

Re: Pregnancy App

  • I have a Droid and I am using the free Pregly app. It's fun, but I wish it was a little better. I'm curious to see what else comes up here!

  • I have an iphone and have been using ipregnancy.  I'm not sure if it's available on the Android or not.  It's $3.99 and give info each week along with a drawing, 2d ultrasound pic, 3d ultrasound pic and allows you to add in your own pics, keep a journal, track and take notes on doctors visits and keep a list of names you are considering.  I used it with my last pregnancy, and it has waay more features now.

  • I have yet to download one because they all say that they can post onto FB and since I dont want anything on FB about the pregnancy, I don't want anything to accidently post on my wall.

I have an iPhone so I will be using iPhone apps, but you could see if maybe there is one for an iPhone that Droid also has for their apps.....

  • I have the iPhone and downloaded babybump and what to expect apps. Both were free. I like the babybump more though.

  • I have an iPhone and have been using the "Preg Comp" app. It allows you to track your weight, water intakeand later on: the kicks & contractions. It also gives the general "week by week" info as well as having a calendar to keep track of your appointments. It has a ton more stuff like drug info ( although I woudl still call my doc), lists of names, yoga moves, lists ( whta to ask doc, what to put in your hospital bag, etc) and nutritional info/calorie counter.

  • I love the iPregnancy app!  We look at it all the time.  DS loves to get it and look at the baby on the iPad before bed.  I like that it has info for daddy as well as for mommy and baby.

Hmmm... I'll have to take the into consideration.  I'm not "out" yet on FB. Thanks for mentioning that!

  • I have a Droid2, and I use BabyBump.  I had a free one but I didn't like it as much.  BabyBump was like 1.99 or 2.99, something minor, but I recommend it!

I use preg comp too and love it! I love everything on there, plus it's cute too Smile

  • I also have an Android phone and there is a WTEWYE free app.  It shows weekly and daily updates.  The best think is free :)

  • Android user here. I have both the Pregly and What to Expect apps and I prefer the WTE app. It has better daily and weekly tips. The pregly one has a forum that's full of crazy ladies so I don't visit it. Also the Pregly app just keeps repeating it's tip and facts, very limited, but it does have a little picture widget for one of your screens.
