question - days and nights

My trio are finally having wakeful periods! The only problem is they are awake from about 7 till 1ish. pm to am.

It feels wrong to ask this after so many weeks of "only wake them to eat if it's been too long," but should/could I try keeping them up more during the day so they sleep more at night?
