But I seriously don't understand DISNEY JUNIOR.
I mean... is it programming? We have 3 Disney channels on Direct TV and it's on all of them...so It's not just 1 channel like I thought it would be when they were advertising it. I know there are some new shows.. but wth??
It's driving me a little insane. I am super annoyed that our shows and times were moved around (dumb vent, I know)
Anyone care to enlighten me???
Re: I feel like a moron..
YES! Thank you! I couldn't figure it out : )
Now... why does Toodles sometimes have a face on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and most times does not? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm??? ; )
In one of the newer episodes (I think from the summer), Toodles got a face for his birthday. So when he doesn't have a face, it's an older episode.
Yes. Toodles face is creepy.
Yes, for now it is just a name. Instead of having "Playhouse Disney" in the mornings with the monkeys, they are calling it Disney Junior and have that theme song about colors or patterns or something with all the characters.
I am happy to know they will be making it its own channel eventually like Nick Jr. Disney doesn't have many toddler shows on except in the morning and DirecTV doesn't have Disney On-Demand like TWC does.
Hold the phone. Toodles has a face?!
Obviously you haven't been watching as intently as the rest of us.
Yes. DH and I had a lengthy discussion about it. After our bitter argument on what kind of animal Pete is.
Pete's a cat.
Toodles got a face for his birthday. Professor Von Drake gave it to him. Clearly you haven't seen the Happy Birthday, Toodles! episode, TTT.
Yes, I learned that when he sang a song that included the words "I'm Pete the Cat." If my cat could talk, I'm sure he would have pete's personality. He definitely has his build.
Is anyone else disturbed by the inter-species relationships? Goofy (dog) and Clarabel (a cow) are a couple? Donald has a pet chicken? Minnie has a pet cat? Goofy and Pluto are both dogs, Goofy is dumb, wears clothes, and can talk, while Pluto is smart, doesn't wear clothes, and can't talk?
This reminds me of the campfire scene in the movie "Stand By Me". Love.
