Oh girl, I am so sorry. I just went back to find your POAS post from last night, and I can totally understand your mixed emotions. But it's true - it's better that it's a BFN. I hope the drs. can help figure out what is going on and that you get some relief.
I'm pretty sure you said this isn't AF related, but I had horrible AF cramps when I was about 18 (and I have a really high tolerance for pain) I would be balled up crying with them. So I actually went on the Depo Provera shot for about 2 years and didn't have any problems with the cramps during or after taking the shot didn't have an AF while on the shot either.
I hope you can find easy and quick relief soon!

It may or may not be AF related. I've never experienced anything like this and the cramping is a little higher than what I've experienced for menstrual cramps... that's what worries me. Although if it turns out to be a bad AF I'm really going to feel like an idiot for going to the doctor.

I didn't get AF back after DD #2 until she was 11 months old. Then it was HORRIBLE! heavy bleeding, painful cramps, etc. I went to my OB after about 2 cycles of it, and they found I had a good sized cyst on my ovary. They just watched it, and it went away all by itself. But it was NOT fun!

Don't feel like an idiot! That's what they're there for. I know my cramps could get worse when I was stressed out. Maybe something like that? Hope you feel better soon!

Don't feel like an idiot. Whatever it is obviously isn't usual for you, and that warrants a visit, especially when you're in so much pain.
crap! I'm sorry you're dealing with that pain. Don't feel dumb for going to the doctor - princess has a good point, it could be a cyst or something. I got a lot of relief with a heating pad during my m/c...maybe that would help. (((hugs)))
I'm sorry Have you tried taking ibuproffen or a heat pack to help? I hope they go away soon.

AF related or not...being in that much pain is not normal. Also I wanted to let you know that I wasn't advocating the Depo shot! I got other problems as a result and I've been told by other doctors that they aren't fans of it at all.
