More than that, actually. Last night I caught him wandering around the house 3 different times and I had to tell him to go back to bed. (He gets into mischief when he's up at night by himself.) Then this morning, after I told him to get his feet away from the baby, he still sat on the couch waiving his feet around and kicked the baby in hte head. Then, he found the toy golf club I comandeered from him yesterday because he was hitting things with it, and he stole it back. He is now sitting in his room and I'm tempted to keep him there ALL. DAY. LONG. just so I don't have to deal with him!!
He's not acting out, this is how he always is. It's just now, he has another casualty- the baby. Luckily he didn't kick her hard, just enough to wake her up and make her cry, but still. I already played a movie this morning and quite frankly I'm super sik of all the kid's movies we have. We've exhausted How To Train Your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, Cars, The Labyrinth, Robots, Fern Gully, Monsters Vs. Aliens, Area 51, and a few others I can't remember right now. I am SICK of kid's movies! But if I leave them to play, then he and his other sister (who is almost 3, he's almost 4.5) they turn their toys into weapons. I'm tired, emotionally fragile, and just want them to behave for me for ONE day. ONE FRIGGIN DAY.
No, we don't have family nearby I can ship him off to. No, we don't have any friends who can take him for a day because they all work, and my friends who didn't work have moved away. (Dang military!!) DH has been working on his stinking car for the past 3-4 days and nights. He came in to get dinner for hte kids but doesn't help with anything else and I'm really exhausted. No wonder I don't have energy for housework!!
