Sick with a bad cold, now having higher #'s

I have a bad cold, and now, after testing 2 hours after breakfast (which is typically normal for me) my # was 138.  Also, Just feeling anxious and jittery in general.  Suggestions, advice?

    My counselor told me it was normal to have higher numbers if you were under extra stress or sick. I'm not sure there is much you can do about it except keep following your diet and wait to see if they go back to normal as you start feeling better.
