BOB Revolution with carseat adapter

At what age is it ok to jog/run with your baby using the carseat adapter? I know they say not to use the stroller (without the adapter) for running until 6-8 months, but I wasn't sure about with the adapter. When did you start running with your LO?

I started using it about 5 weeks

LO was very secure and it worked really well for us.

I used it around 4 or 5 weeks too. DD slept the whole time!
