So myself and DH have been looking everywhere for a crib set that's reasonable, somewhat well made for the price and I would like to put my "hands on" the piece before I shell out $$ for it!  A lot of people have recommended Normans in Philly-  so we are hoping to head there this weekend... it's about an hour from us.  Has anyone else shopped or purchased there?  How did you feel about selection and pricing (there are no prices on their web page)?  Any help is appreciated!

    Big rec for Kids n Kribs in Wayne.  The owner and his wife are amazing!  So nice and practical- actually talked us out of buying something more expensive.  We ordered a chair, two dressers, crib and bookcase there last weekend.  I cannot say enough about how great they were.

    Baby Supermart in Broomall is excellent. HUGE selection and you can't find better prices for the quality brands.

    We got all of our furniture from Norman's and couldn't be happier with it!  

    They have been in business for over 50 years and they know everything there is to know....the sales people reminded me of walking Baby Bargains books.  They do not carry products they don't believe in.  They are also not pushy in any way, just very happy to answer any and all questions.  

    The pieces we got were floor samples, so we got a gorgeous Munire 3-piece set and a matching Dutailier glider for less than half of retail, (their original price was less than what I saw on the internet, if that helps).  I was only really interested in modern furniture, so I didn't check out much else.  The delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were great.  

    We did also go to that place in Broomall and were not impressed whatsoever...they had some nice lamps, that was about it.  Norman's all the way!

    Ditto the Norman's love.  We were so happy with the selection, price, service, delivery and set-up.  I highly recommend them.

    I am purchasing all the nursery furniture from Baby Supermart.  They give you 20% off of piece #2 and will beat any internet price by 15%.  I haven't been able to find better pricing for the line I am going to buy.

    We also used BabySuperMart in Broomall.  We had such a great experience there.  As others said, you get a discount on a second piece, and for the set we bought, it was $200 cheaper than anywhere else we looked, and that was before the discount on the second piece.

    We also had a great experience with customer service there.  They worked with us when our baby came early and my parents had to quickly pick up my pieces while I was dealing with other things.
