Does anyone's symptoms seem to worsen during the evenings and night time? I seem to find that in the morning I can feel fine, have some confidence in myself. But as soon as it hits around evening time and night time my anxiety seems to increase. My son seems to be really sensitive at this point. He is only 2 1/2 weeks old. But really sensitive to change in movements. He'll fall asleep during or after he's done nursing and will stay asleep if i hold him, but as soon as I move him to lay down he wakes up. My husband has been really great and will take him when I need it, but I still feel a lot of anxiety. That in itself can be overwhelming. How do you cope with anxiety? What are some things you do to help you calm down and not go onto panic mode?

Re: Night time anxiety
Thanks so much! I appreciate it!
Yes, we started swaddling him again the last two nights. At first it didn't seem to make a difference so we stopped. Then the last two nights we decided to try it again and it has helped. Hopefully tonight will be a better night as well. Thanks again!
