I have NO idea if she's teething right now, but she's been a monster on the breast lately. Fussing, crying, screaming, turning her head. So, I have my suspicions.
Yea, that, and my nipples hurt. Every time he cuts a tooth he can't latch right. It must hurt him to do it. So I wait until that darn thing pops through so I can get relief too! We all suffer...haha.

It makes me so sad when she's upset like this!
Owen was the same way last week when he must have been teething bad. I felt awful almost every time I had to nurse him because he would pull off and cry like every 30 seconds. The only times there were no issues was during his night feedings when he is pretty much asleep the whole time. This week has been better, much better.

DD would nurse fine for about 2 to 3 minutes at a feeding while teething, then cry and turn her head and try to squirm away if I offered any more. It lasted about a week, but it felt like forever at the time.
My son didn't have problems nursing, but the top two teeth are sharp! Ouch. It's starting to get better, but the first week after they first popped through, they were rubbing pretty badly on my areola.
