Tips for pooping on the pot? She's peeing, but not pooping.

She's waiting till naptime to poop in her pullup, and if I see her pooping and rush her to the potty, she'll just hold it till she's off.  How do I get her to poop in the pot?

    We are in the exact situation. Will be curious to see if anyone has answers! My 2.5 year old DD has the peeing part down pat, but she's not even close on the poop!

    You just need to take away the diapers/pull-ups cold turkey, and be prepared to clean up a few accidents.  Make them help clean up and make it a long, boring, tedious process.  Don't act mad, just say "Wow, it would have been much easier if you had pooped in the potty.  You would be back playing already." They will soon realize that having an accident is no fun and it's easier to just go in the potty.
