Kind of a game...but not really...

Can each of you list the conv. carseat/s that you use or have used before, what you liked or disliked about them and whether or not they would fit in a small sedan. I know I already posted about about this, but I just have no idea what to get. When I look at reviews online they are all over the place on most of them - even ones that have been recommended on here before. So I'm a bit confused. Huh?

  • I have the FIrst Years True Fit and paid about $150 w/ free shipping on Amazon.  I like it just fine.  It fits in my Pontiac G6 (four door) great.

  • I have a britax roundabout from amazon. They were on sale for $150. I like it, it was easy to instal, seems comfy, fits in my tiny car.
  • I have a safety first car seat (sorry I dont know the model was around $90) It fit terriable in our Chevy Aveo. Not sure if anything would fit.

We also have a cosco Scenera. This one fit better.

This. It's the only seat we could find for my husband's 2 door Honda Civic

  • I have a Britax Boulevard CS 70.  It fits in my Honda Civic Hybrid...so it will fit in anything...unless you drive a smart car.

I paid $329 for it minus the 20 % BRU coupon.

  • What vehicle do you have (make/model/year) and what price range do you hope to stay in? I can suggest a good seat for you based on that. If I listed all the seats I've had or used it would be a looooong list ;)

I have a 2001 Dodge Neon ES. I'd *like* to stay under $250. Thanks for your help!

Your best bet is probably the First Years TrueFit. Great overall seat, costs around $200 (or less, if you look around) and will fit in your small car. Plus, it has built in belt lockoffs which makes installing with a seatbelt a breeze!
