Pregnant after 35

gym

so i just joined a gym want to do the treadmil (just walking) an yoga and swim havnt worked out really for about a year so does any1 think its a bad idea for me to do this?  9 weeks pregnant and 3 m/c under my belt??

  • As long as you take it easy, and as long as your yoga is prenatal yoga, I would think you'd be okay.  I'd double-check with your doctor, just to be sure, though.

  • I'm assuming you ran it by your doctor.  My doctor said if I had the energy I could keep running and doing all the exercises pre-pregnancy (within reason).  Of course now, I?m so tired balancing work, home and feeling well that exercising is the last thing I?m thinking of.  I envy you that you joined the gym, I think I need motivation and good weather to get me walking and moving around.
