Should be pretty interesting.  I hope this is not going to be 2.6 hours of breathing and relaxing techniques...I am already pretty sleepy as it is.

    My first class is tonight too and my husband and I were just talking last night about what the class will be like.  I agree with you, I hope it's going to be worth the money.
