AW: 2 month check up!
We had our 2 month check up today, which also included 2 shots and one medicine by mouth. Everything was great. Allie has finally doubled her birth weight, she's 7lbs 11oz and 20 inches long now. She's finally a full term baby. The doctor did the usual physical exam and had me put her on her tummy to show what she could do. She lifted her head and looked around. After that she even smiled for the doctor. Her motor skills are on par with an average 2 month old, maybe even a little advanced.
I am so happy. No one would be bothered if she was a little behind because she was so early, but here she is excelling like she's done from the time she was born. We all have little rockstars. They can do anything!
