changing pics?

While I'm asking questions, can someone tell me how to update the pic on the bottom of my posts?  It's been a while since I've posted and I've completely forgotten how and the pic is quite outdated.

    Click on view/edit my profile and then "change my avatar." There you can change your siggy pic. too.
