Dumb food question.

For the life of me, I can't remember if non-fat yogurt is okay to eat or not. I know that low fat is fine, but I kind of remember hearing something about non-fat not being okay because of the aspartame or whatever it has in it. Anyone know?? Thanks!

I don't know but I've been eating it since first tri and I'm fine. So is the baby.

It has artificial sweetners in it, which some people try to avoid, but it's all I've had since I got pregnant!!

According to the FDA, it's ok in moderation.

Not all non-fats have artificial sweeteners and not all low-fats do not.

I also eat it all the time. I know there is concern about the aspartame but I've had TONS of artificial sweetner this pregnancy so far and my OB told me not to worry about it...
