We had poor morph & were successful with IUI. DH had 0% and 2% morph but great count & motility. He fully quit smoking, cut way back on soda & took vitamins (multi, l-carnitine, zinc, b12, folic acid & vit c). Our 2nd IUI, which was 3 months after those changes, was successful & my 3 1/2 week old little girl is napping in her room! Post wash count was like 51 million with 67% motility i think? not sure but i know the count was 51 million (because our 1st IUI at another clinic was only 13 million). Oh & keep his boys cool! Good luck! (sorry no paragraphs I'm on my phone)

My DH's morph was 2-3% and we were successful on our 2nd IUI with clomid and trigger. My DH also took multi-vitamins, l-carnitine, and tried to increase his amounts of vitamin c and e in his diet (he used to drink Odwalla's Mo Beta drinks, which have a ton of vitamins in them).
I don't totally remember what his counts were...we did back to back IUIs, and I think they were in the high teens of total motile sperm for both days.
Then we got pg on our own right after I weaned DS...so I truly believe it only takes one Good luck!
IUI #3 did it for us with low motiltty (26%) and 8-12 mil post wash for all of out IUI's. We had low morph as well, but our RE doesnt think morph is that big of an issue. We had other issues obviously, but to him motility and count were the #1 issues and even with low numbers there IUI was able to work for us.
