I have to say that having my little home doppler machine is a blessing. I have been worry warting that things may not be ok because I am not really looking pregnant (of course some of that is due to the fact that I am a gastric bypass patient and have alot of extra skin to fill) and that the baby is still sitting so very low in my pelvis, so whenever I start to have my panic attacks I simply whip out my little machine and listen to the fast thumps and it makes me feel so much better! I would reccommend one to everyone. Its so fun!

I was thinking of getting one, but some people say they don't always work. Which brand did you get?

I can't remember off the top of my head what brand it is I will check when I get home from work. It has worked great for me the only thing being that if the baby is towards the back of my uterus the heartbeat can be a little hard to hear. When that happens I usually just get up and walk around for abit and the baby will adjust to where I can hear.

I have the Angelsounds Doppler and have been able to hear LO heartbeat since 13weeks. Its so great to hear LO heartbeat whenever I want to.

They are a blessing. This is my first baby and was very nervous at first. I bought the Sonoline B 3 mhz and have been able to hear my baby since 9 weeks. Best 60 bucks I've ever spent
