Comcast doesn't service our new condo. Fine. There's leftover Verizon equiptment in the place, so I look online and they have a well priced bundle. I try doing it online, "invalid entry" for address even though it's the legal address (I even changed our address with it).
Okay... I call the 24 hour number, which apparently is only 24 hour for Verizon iPhone sales. Sales rep says they've been getting the wrong calls all day.
I find ANOTHER number for Verizon, and call it, won't work because it's outside their call hours.
I mean, how hard do I have to try to be a company's customer? It should not be this difficult.

Yep, that's what I've been calling.
ETA: I left out a part. I enter in the new zip and get a message I cannot bypass and hangs up on me once it's done that says Frontier is handling that address but I know that's not the case. I thought it might be because I'm calling on my google voice (a NY zip) but I don't know.
We used to have Verizon for home phone, internet and cable. Over the summer (I think?) they were bought out by/merged with Frontier in our area (Portland). Does Frontier service your area at all? The previous tenants might have the old equipment before the switch over. HTH!
