Increasing BM Production?

I want/need to increase my breast milk production.  I know I heard before that you have to pump every 2 hours for 20 minutes. What I would like to know is if you've done this, do you do it every 2 hours during the night as well?  Also, how many days did it take you to see a significant increase in production? How long did you do it for? Thanks for any help ladies!

    The more pumping sessions you add it the quicker your supply will go up.

    I struggled with a low supply early on. To build my supply up I pumped after I fed LO every time, even over night.  I found that I actually got the most milk in the early hours of the morning. I would feed him, then hook up my pump for 10 or so minutes.  It sucked, but it got the job done. I also used More Milk Plus which is a mixture of the herbs they suggest for increasing your supply.  GL

    Try Fenugreek, too, it works wonders.
