Describe formula poop to me...

We have been giving DS Up&Up spit up brand formula(compared to Enfamil AR) since last week to help keep him from spitting up(working awesome). He is still nursing too but I have noticed that his poop has gone from being very runny while on just breastmilk to being really goopy and paste like. Of course I expected his poop to change with the addition of formula but I am wondering if this paste like is normal formula poop or if he is constipated.

Anyone has any insight?

My DS is on Similiac Advanced and his poop is green and pasty. I just switched from BF to formula last week and almost over night his poop went from a seedy yellow color to a green pasty texture. I called the pedi yesterday and they stated that it was completely normal.

Our ped said that as long as it is like a toothpaste consistency, that is good. If it is like little pebbles, that is bad.
