Damn you, Cake Boss!!!

Ok, so I'm bumping and surfing the web while Cake Boss in on my TV.  While on commercials, a special episode of Cake Boss is being advertised:  The one where Buddy's wife gives birth on Valentine's Day.  The preview includes her already giving birth, the baby, Buddy crying, the works.  I just saw the whole show in less than 30 seconds. 
Well, that didn't help me. I was emotional yesterday, and I was good all day today till that showed! Crying

    They've had ultrasounds in one or two of them...I cried...! I thought I was safe with Cake Boss and they blast me a new one!

    ((Hugs)) It really sucks when you don't see a gut punch coming. You'd think Cake Boss would be a safe show to watch. Have one of these Drinks.

    I remember seeing that one....and I held it together watching that.  Don't go to TLC if you don't want to get surprised with these commercials!  Unless you use TV or DVR where you can skip the commercials!

    Seriously? Even cake boss isn't safe?  I wouldn't have thought they'd have PG stuff on any of those types of shows.... I thought this was going to be a 'and now I have to go eat cake' post. (which is why I never watch those cake shows..they always make me hungry).

    I was thinking the same thing when I opened it. 

    So sorry that even cake boss is not safe!! (((HUGS)))  But they do make some freakin awesome cakes!!

    Carlos Bakery (Cake Boss) made my wedding cake (I live very close to the bakery).. so DH and I used to love wathcing the show.  They made us an anniversary tier and it was actually shown on the show (for like 5 seconds).  But I watched the episode when she told Buddy she was pregnant in Italy and I have not been able to watch since.  No tv shows are safe!

    I am not surprised by the wait time.. there is a constant queue of people almost a block long every day just waiting to buy the cakes and cookies made every day.  It is crazy!

    Oh dear lord! I love that show but only catch reruns.... Although I didn't realize I was only watching reruns! I had no idea she was pregnant. What's really strange is I remember seeing an episode a while back where she tells him she wants another baby....I actually just thought to myself a day or two ago that they must have been having a little trouble....but of course they didn't have trouble....no one ever seems to have trouble but us!

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    And I thought that was one of the safe shows.  I saw an ad where Buddy runs off because his wife is having contractions and I had to fast forward.
