shipping to canada question

in Attachment Parenting

for those in the US who have shipped a carrier (or something else) to canada, how did you do it? did you use usps, fedex, other? was there a special envelope/package you used? did you get some kind of tracking or confirmation?

any other tips?

    i used regular USPS. there is a customs form you will have to fill out. it cost me about $23 to ship a wrap to Canada
