FF-how much are you spending?

Hi, I'm curious as to how much FF'ers are spending a week/month on formula and what brands you are using. TIA.

Similac Sensitive. We go through 2 simple-pacs a week. Each one is $23, so almost $50 a week!

We use generic similac sensitive. We have gone through about 4 cans since DD has been born at $15 a can. I've never gone through more than a can of formula a week even with an older infant, so at max it would be $60 a month.

    I'd guess 6 cans a month @ $20 apiece... around $135ish

I've found a few coupons online, and been able to score rebate checks a few times from fellow bumpies.

How many oz of formula is your LO eating a day? I dont ever remember going through more than a can a week even when DS was older.

It's roughly $140/month.  We're using Similac Advance ready to feed and usually get it on sale at Shop Rite for 4 for $20 (sometimes 5 for $20).  Each bottle is 32oz and we use roughly 27oz per day (sometimes more since DS wastes at least 3-4oz/day).

Similac advance. We buy the big container of powder from costco that is $25 and it lasts a week so we are $100 per month so far.

    5 Similac SimplePacs a month @ $22 = $110

However, I use $5 checks AND $5 coupons on every one I buy, so that brings it down to $60 a month.

    $100/week.

2 babies + Enfamil A+ liquid concentrate. We go through 2-3 cases a week. They were more gassy and fussy with the powder and generic brands.

We buy 6 containers of Similac Advance at a time through Amazon Mom and get free 2-day shipping. We spend a total of $160, so about $26 per container. ETA: DH informed me we bought our last shipment from Walmart.com, and it was closer to $135 for 6.

Luckily I have WIC, which covers 4 12.9 cans of similac sensitive (totals $60), that lasts 3 weeks tops, so I end up spending another 25-30 a month on the bigger container.

I've actually never really thought about it (don't want to see that number!). We buy about one tub a week of Similac Advanced. It's $21, and I ALWAYS use a $5 check, so $16 a week. So $64/mo right now. Probably a little bit more because we buy the smaller can to take to my SIL's house during the day (she's our sitter). That can lasts her a good 2 weeks since she's only getting 2 feedings in a day there.
