10 week old...eating non stop...is there a growth spurt?

My 10 week old has been very really fussy the last 2 days.....crying a lot and fighting sleep.  Her awake time is going 2.5-3.5 hours sometimes and she looks exhausted but won't sleep and if I get her down she wakes after 10 minutes  She was eating every 3 hours on the dot during the day and eating 4.5 oz each time.  Now she's sleeping over her 3 hour feeding time b/c it takes so long to get her down for her nap and waking and taking anywhere from 5-6.5 oz which is to be expected but then wanting more food very soon after. 

Is there a growth spurt around this time that I'm missing?  I swear I thought the next one wasn't until 3 months but she's acting completely different that she has been the last four weeks.  Her sleeping at night is still good though and she's going one 4.5-5 hour stretch and then two 3 hour stretches
