Ok so Evie is very LONG weight wise shes normal but her infant seat is getting to be a bit snug for her even though it says she can fit into it until 35lbs I was thinking of getting a convertible car seat for her so she can have room to grow. But I dont know what to get they all meet saftey standards and I am just getting overwhelmed so if you could A.) tell me what you have B.) why you like it and C.) how your LO is doing in it I would really appreciate it!

    I have the Snugride 35 as well. I thought I was going to have to get a convertible seat today. V is 28.5 inches, and VERY long in the torso. I adjusted the waist straps and got an extra 2 inches out of the shoulder straps that wasn't there before. Now he sits comfortably with all the straps at the max length. HTH

Woah.

    We got a Brittax Roundabout for DD#1.  We switched her from her infant seat to the convertible around 6 months.  I wish I would have purchased the Roundabout 50 since it's slightly larger and DD would have been able to be RFing longer.  We had to switch her from RF to FF at 19 months becuase she outgrew the RFing limit. 

    We really liked the carseat and will be using it again for this DD.  At 2 we got her a Graco Nautalist which I LOVE but that's only a FF carseat and cant' be used before 2 years of age.

    He's consistently 90th-95th percentile for height and has been in a convertible from day one. We have the Britax Boulevard. I made the decision based on what I read in Baby Bargains. No complaints!
