i have never had to give my boys meds.... they have low grade fevers and i have this medicine... would the dosage be the same as infants tylonol?

Personally I would just call your pedi. Whenever I'm confused about dosage that is what I do. GL, hope they feel better soon!

I agree. My pedi always says treat the child, not the fever.

How low is low? I usually only give him anything if it's over 103-ish.
