You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK. Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.
Here you go! I haven't messed around with it too much, because it really is perfection in a bowl, but DH and I do add more pepper than the recipe calls for because we're pepper monkeys.
ETA - The recipe says to "serve immediately" but we normally let it sit for a little while, off the burner, with a cover on it while we make the sandwiches.
It also tastes just as amazing the next day.
Unable to even.

Well, I am on a low-carb diet for the next week, so that doesn't make things easy, so I am trying to make adaptable things so I can eat what I need to eat and DH and Collin can still eat what I can't eat.
Monday: Broccoli/cauliflower cheddar soup (SB recipe and SO awesome) for all of us and french dips (for the guys).
Tuesday: White-bean chicken chili
Wednesday: I get to go out and watch my friends eat rice and drink alcohol. WOO.
Thursday: Chicken fajitas (whole-wheat tortillas for the guys; none for me)
Friday: Spaghetti and salad (sauce and salad for me)
Weekend will probably be eating out or something easy since I'll be having a meltdown over trying to get ready for our vacation on Monday.
