Is my milk drying up?

I EP and yesterday I had a clogged duct that won't un-clog.  I have been working with it and it still really hurts but it is beginning to feel a tiny bit better.

 Well last night in the middle of the night I noticed that the entire top half of my right breast is hard as a rock.  Is my milk starting to dry up?  I have pumped more frequently and applied heat and ice and nothing is releasing the hardening.  I even pumped for longer to try and pump it dry and nothing is helping!  It hurts like hell!  Please help!

It took over four years to be diagnosed with PCOS. We TTC #1 for 18 months, did 5 rounds of Clomid and finally moved onto IVF...which worked! Throughout our IF journey, we suffered 3 miscarriages. We conceived both DD and DS without treatment.

    Hardening is engorgment - not your milk drying up.  Keep applying heat to it, not ice, and massaging while your nurse a LOT.  Babies are more efficient than pumps, so that'll be your best bet to get rid of that clogged duct.

    Oh, I just saw that you EP - well, keep pumping.. a LOT.  I'm talking as much as you can stand.  It's the only way to get rid of it.

    I wish my son could BF but he has a tongue tie and cannot latch properly so therefore the pump is my only option.

    You may want to talk to a lactation consultant, it sounds like you are engorged but since it isn't clearing up you'll need to do something to avoid an infection.
