My A1C (a percentage that tells you how high your glucose levels have been running over the past 3 months) was at 11% in December. Normal A1c is between 4% and 6 %. Mine now is 6.3% *giving myself a little pat on the back*
Just a lurker (but a multiple loss/Lovenox lady) but I wanted to congratulate you. that is fantastic. My husband was diagnosed T1 last year so I know what a big deal it is to get that number now. Good job!!

Congrats that is fantastic. I go and get my 2nd Tri A1C next week and I am so nervous. I came into the pregnancy considered pre-diabetic, not full blown, so my 1 Tri A1C was 5.3 I believe. It's so hard though I get cravings and give in, My biggest downfall is the Sprite that I seem to always want (I don't always give in), but I do sometimes.
So I get where you are coming from and I can only imagine the changes you made to get to that number so good for you!!!!
