If you like kickboxing and also want a kick-butt workout-Cathe Friedriche ALL THE WAY! I have a number of her dvds and the ones I have are great. If you go to her website (cathe.com) you can preview the dvds. They are kind of pricey but the lenght of each workout is worth it-be prepared to S.W.E.A.T.
