Tender/sore spot on belly?

So last night before I went to bed I noticed a tender spot on my belly a few inches up and to the left of my belly button. Its about the size of a quarter. Well overnight when I moved certain ways it would really hurt and now this morning it is really kind of bothersome. Touching my belly there or moving certain ways really aggrivates it. Anyone else experience this? I still feel LO moving around so i'm not too worried but it is really annoying! Thanks!

I had something similar a few days ago. It was to the right of my belly button and super sore to touch. I kept joking that my LO's acrobatics had bruised me from the inside. It went away on it's own!

I've got it too, kinda up and left of my belly button. But its also the same spot where I can feel LO pushing a lot; so I'm wondering if it my innards are bruised.

At my midwife appointment this morning I experienced the same thing when she was checking my fundus measuremet. She said it is just sore muscles and at that point my daughters head was pressing right against it. Nothing to worry about especially if it isn't a constant pain.

I have this, but had it from my previous pregnancy, mine is a hernia. Sad

The pain comes and goes, and was actually worse in the beginning of my pregnancy, the bigger I get the less it is hurting which is very strange. But it is tender to the touch..hopefully yours is just sore muscles though!!
