on his leg. The same day, he fell on a red view-finder and split open his eyebrow. She told me about the eyebrow, but they had no idea he got bit. I found that when I was changing his diaper. Luckily, it didn't break the skin but my poor baby has a pretty nasty bruise that almost looks like he got hit with a paintball. I went to his DC the next day and asked them about it - they had no idea. They later apologized when I picked him up and told me that they were going to keep a closer eye on the 2 little girls they think it could have been, although there is no history of biting.
I haven't been on a whole lot lately. Work has been pretty hectic and I am back to a weird schedule. I've been trying to catch up but it looks like everyone went over to LOS.
Re: Hudson was bit at daycare
Hi Kirb - I think by the looks he probably cried, at least I know I would have.

Thanks Rubia! I am trying to make sure he doesn't scratch around his scab on his eyebrow too much so it won't scar him. He likes to itch (ezcema) when he is tired and taking his bottle before bedtime. The next day when I took him to daycare after he got his eye boo boo one of the little boys looked at him and said "Hudson, why are you still bleeding" and he kept asking the DCP. It was pretty cute that he was so concerned.

We had a great turnout for our Preferred Event (almost 200 members) and the celebrities were in on Saturday. It was nice to have lunch with a couple of them before their seminars. One of them sent a VERY NICE e-mail to my boss and our corporate office about how great everyone in our store is and mentioned my name which is awesome (that doesn't happen too often). Overall, it was a great weekend. I've got a couple more crazy ones coming up, but I actually really enjoy being busy. How are you guys doing?

Me too or I think I would have been a whole lot more upset than I was. I left you a message down below on your post to Cassie. I am so happy you got your BFP this cycle! Also glad to see you over here on 9-12!

Poor Mason! I think it hurts us mommies more than it does the babies sometimes. I expecially cannot handle seeing them bleed! That is the worst!
How close is Mason to walking? We bought Hudson a 2 in 1 rider/walker and we can pull him around on the rider but he isn't getting the walking part. He is just now starting to go lightning speed at crawling (we got the gate up this weekend finally) and starting to try and pull up on things on Friday.

That's awesome. I can't believe how much babies learn in their first year. He is going to be walking in the blink of an eye. I was looking at photos yesterday of when Hudson was a newborn. I think I am starting to catch the baby fever...

Mason is actually walking now (still not crawling!). He is super nervous after taking a few big spills, but if you put him in the middle of the room, he'll waddle his way over to the couch without help. The furtherest he's walked is probably about 10 feet or so, maybe a little more. He doesn't necessarily do it willingly, but sometimes will take a few steps from toy to toy. He pulls up on everything, now, so we really have to watch him.
That's awesome that Hudson is getting the rider/walker toy and is doing so well with crawling! Mason will walk with a push toy, but has splatted a few times with those as well. I think you're right that it's tougher on us, though!!
That's awesome! Mason is doing really well!
I'm really dreading the "dare-devil" stage...I know it is coming soon.
