Trouble TTC

For MFI...

What all did the Dr. tell your DH to do if he had low counts or motility?  Ours told DH to take a multivitamin and to avoid the hot tub. But I've read that some guys were told to avoid all alcohol, caffeine, etc. Just curious if there's anything else DH can do to help those little guys out?!

Re: For MFI...

  • Even men without sperm issues are advised to avoid hot tubs, alcohol and caffeine.  I would advise your DH to see a urologist who specializes in MFI.  Good luck.

This x1000. Sadly, DH has been on all kinds of drugs for months and his count is still not high enough for us to do IUI. If there is anything that can be done to help your DH's count- a good Uro will know. GL to you!
