Hi there. I am also doing this program. I am on w5d2. It was mentioned that we should start just one big check in for exercisers rather than individual programs. How would you feel about that?
Have you always been a runner or are you a beginner? I am a total newbie at running. I have a hard time seeing myself running for 30 minutes straight but I am going to sure try. I thought I couldn't do 5 minute runs but I'm doing them now and they are a piece of cake.

I'm in. I actually just printed out the treadmill version today. I plan on starting tomorrow morning. I have always loved the treadmill but I've never been much of a runner. I'm looking to switch things up a little to avoid being bored.
