I had it with my first son, I still lurk around here just in case anyone else asks
I was diagnosed at 32 weeks. I had weekly blood tests, and successfully made it 38 weeks. I was induced the next day and had a healthy baby boy, 7 lb 6 oz.
As long as your doc is keeping a close eye on you, you should be fine. You'll want your blood tested at least weekly, (between 37 and 38 weeks I had 2 tests) and you should be induced by 38 weeks. After 37 weeks, your numbers can go completely erratic, so no matter how low your numbers are, you should be having your munchkin at 38 weeks.
Not gonna lie, the itching SUCKS. And there is no way to help it. I got to the point where toward the end, as my numbers got higher, I would have to take a benadryl to make me sleep. It didn't help the itching, it just knocked me out! My husband had to literally PULL on the skin of my feet. I would have him grab my foot in the middle with both hands, and pull out towards the ends, it was the only relief I got.
