The weekend is here!
Today is the first day since Jan. 17th that I will not be doing an "official" workout. Now that I am on the 6w6p, I'm doing that and the C5K 6x a week with 1 day off. Today is my day off.
I always go on a cleaning rampage on Saturday's though so that has to count for something.

I fell of the workout train this weekend, not really happy about it but I will start again tonight! I slept through my alarm this morning.. OOPS!
I am down 6pounds so I have to keep going!!!
Wow! 6 pounds is great! Keep at it. What day are you on? Have you noticed any changes yet?
I was on day5 level 1, still hard. I am noticed a change, my belly is smalled & I am actually wearing jeans I wasnt able to button just a few days ago
I am really struggling with the pushups & the side lung with the straight arm lifts..those kill me!
