    This may sound crazy, but how are you guys adding/changing to your profile???  I have been trying for WEEKS to update my profile with a picture, a ticker and what not, but everytime is says "server error", were you getting this too?  I have emailed customer support, however I never heard back from them.  Thanks for any advise.
