Benedryl while pregnant??

I seem to remember from my last pregnancy that you could take something (besides tylenol) that would help you sleep - was it benedryl? A Google search turned up scary stuff. I have such a horrid cold and haven't slept in days.

Yep I took it often to help me sleep. Tylenol PM is great it is just Tylenol and Benedryl

My OB cleared me to take it, I was also cleared to take Tylenol PM (which is basically Tylenol + Benedryl).

My dr gave me the ok to take benedryl to help me sleep, that or Tylenol PM

You can also take unisom.
