Where are/were your early pregnancy cramps?

Mine have been mostly low in my pelvis, but then I also get some in my abs or even in line with my hips. Sometimes even in my lower back, but it's like pms cramping, not painful, just there. Is this normal?

    Mine are in the lower pelvic region as well, those are a dully achy type cramp. I'm also getting some on the sides, just below my hip area.

    ditto! I didn't have them this time around, but SO many women on here report feeling them.

    Oh good! Thanks ladies. I should have asked here before I googled "dull cramping near hip in early pregnancy." I just about gave myself a panic attack. Why do none of the books talk about the cramping???

    I experienced this early on too.  I still every now and again will get some "period-like cramps."

    sounds pretty normal.

    All of mine felt like period cramps.

    I had "period-like" cramps on and off for the first 13/14 weeks.  Freaked me out, but eventually they slowed down. 

    They mess with your head so badly, sorry you have to deal with that.

    Yep, mine felt just like AF cramps--I swore I would start bleeding at any second. I still get them sometimes, but rarely.

    My cramps are around my belly buttom and lower abdominal area.  I worry everytime I get them and just pray things are ok.  Many ladies on this board had cramps earlier on and things turned to be ok.  I am hoping it is from indigestion mostly.  I do feel gassy a lot these days, sorry for TMI.  I hope yours go away.  Hugs
