I have PCOS, so I know OPKs aren't much use, but I decided to use one a day every day this cycle, even if it means using 60 (bleepin') sticks. So far, it has only served to confuse me, but, here I am.
This is my question - I got a + last week, negatives since. But, FF says that based on the past 18 months of charting, today is my last fertile day, and I could O tomorrow. DH and I have been at it like rabbits lately (sorry TMI) and we both really want a day off - when in doubt, hump it out, I know, I know - but what's more reasonable to believe, the OPK (with PCOS) or FF's estimates?
This is kind of a ridiculous post - kind of a "do I really need to have sex tonight?" post? LOL

Baby N conceived after 1 miscarriage and more than 2 years of TTC. Diagnosis was low sperm count. We found success after 3 months of anastrozole to increase DH's testosterone and one IUI.

Well, that link just went to my chart.
As I'm sure you know, the pos OPK means that you had the LH surge, but doesn't necessarily mean that you actually ovulated. FF bases your "fertile days" on past cycles, so if you are not regular, it probably means nothing.
But I am no expert on PCOS, sorry I can't help.
