Quick sizing help

I found an ellaroo on thebabywear. She says it is an Ellaroo Larae 7 and that it has been worn only once. She is asking $98. First, what the hell is a 7? All the sizing I see on ellaroos are small, medium or large, not numbers. Second, good deal? All the new ones are sold out or $140+

I don't think it's a good deal. ERs were going for about $75-80 a month ago, but I haven't checked recently. A size 7 is an ER large, over 5m (mine was 5.2).
