I would normally associate these symptoms with being dehydrated, but man, with all the water I've been drinking lately (about 1-2 liters a day and no soda with very little other caffeine) I can't imagine it's from lack of hydration!
The leg/foot cramps I'm noticing if I stand for too long and then come home to relax on the couch, that's when they creep up on me. The racing heart I'm having for no apparent reason, I just ate, I'm resting and working on the computer, etc.
From all the things I've read lately it sounds like anything goes with pregnancy so I am assuming these are all normal symptoms and I'm not really worried, was just curious who else might be experiencing them?
Re: Racing heart? Shortness of breath? Leg/foot cramps?
Go Phils!!
Yes, Yes and Yes.
I get all three. Shortness of breath only seems to come at night when I get up to go to the bathroom... maybe its a body at rest and then moving too fast thing.... ahhh the never ending joys of pregnancy.
