BLW: Canned Kidney Beans

Do I cook them first or offer them straight out of the can? They're already pretty soft.

I buy the no salt added ones, rinse them well and then warm them up a bit just so they aren't cold.

I agree, they dont need to be cooked more, just warmed if your LO prefers. I would definitely check the salt content though.
