Available through her website... Just curious if it is really worth $50 or if I should just stick with the book? Or skip both? LOL

Re: Anyone do Dr. Luke's Dietary Assessment???
most of us on here just followed her general guidelines for how much to gain and how to do it (by eating lots of dairy and protein).... most people find it very hard to follow her diet plan in the book step by step - it's SOOO much food.
I tried to gain 24lbs in 24w and put on 19 - and I was trying HARD! In the end i kept gaining well and my boys were 6lb 6oz and 7lb 15.6oz - so i'm glad i followed her book.
i don't see any need to pay any other money if you have the book.
just eat healthy.
i know that sounds like its dumbed down, but its not. make good food choices (that include proteins, healthy fats and complex carbs) and eat when you are hungry (before you get starving).
6 IUIs,IVF #1 w/ICSI = BFP!
Betas, 332 & 856 = twins!
Our baby girl is here!
I didn't do either the assessment or the book. I had trouble gaining weight -- only gained 25 lbs total -- but my doctor was never concerned because the babies were growing appropriately. They were born via scheduled c-section at 37 weeks weighing 5 lbs 10 oz and 5 lbs 13 oz and required no NICU time.
Good luck!
Thanks, ladies
I gained 40 pounds when pregnant with DS
But I'm so much more nauseous this time around. And it certainly makes sense that one would be so full of baby that there wouldn't be room for as much food with twins!
