Another Shoe Post-Stride Rite Outlet

Sorry if this has been posted in recent shoe posts. I am thinking of breaking down this weekend and going to SR to have DD measured and probably buy some shoes. How great of deals can you get at the outlet? Are there coupons out there for the regular store? I just wonder if it would be worth the drive to an oulet or just hunt down a coupon to use at the mall.

    I've been disappointed in the selection at the outlet, at least for little boy shoes. I've had way more luck finding something I like at the mall SR.  I ended up getting 2 pairs at their buy 1 get 1 50% off sale last year. Not sure what time of year they have that sale.

    I've also found C cute shoes at decent prices at the Adidas and Nike outlets. So even if you go to the SR outlet and just get her sized and don't find anything you like there, check out the other outlets too (Adidas, Nike, Puma, Sketchers, etc). We have to get C extra wides and Adidas seems to have a good selection of them.

    Another option is going to get her sized and then buying from SR online.  They have free shipping on 2 pairs or more. I also found the code FEBSTEP3 on retailmenot.com that is good for 25% off your order of $50 or more.
