Can't Sleeeeeep

It's definitely now 3:40 am...I have been awake since about 2:30 am and have to be up at 5 am to head out on a 2 hour drive to breakfast with the in-laws. It's been like this every night this week. DH and puppies are all passed out but me, I'm wide awake. :-(

Is it hunger? I get something soothing and then go back to sleep.

Add me to the list...I woke up at 4:00 and couldn't breathe (my nose has been so stopped up). So I got up and took a warm bath and put a hot washcloth on my face. Finally fell back asleep in my recliner at about 5:30 and slept until 8:00
