enfamil gentlease lipil question..

is it just not made anymore or am i missing something? i work for the local police dept & one of our officers recently blew out his knee & has a 2 week old daughter. needless to say, while on leave, money is tight. we're all coming together and helping with formula & diapers any way we can! the problem we've run into is we can't find the formula they use... anywhere! it's the purple enfamil gentlease w/lipil. has the bunnies on the front. i know i sound horrible, but after not buying formula for 7 months & no experience with enfamil [we were similac users] i'm slightly confused. has there been a change/recall that maybe's been missed? any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

yes, they still make it. This is the formula my DD has been on since about 2wks old. It isnt called "gentlease LIPIL" anymore, just gentlease. And I think the can has little ducklings on it now rather than bunnies, but it is still purple. HTH!

here's what their new can looks like. it's also available in a 23 oz tub thaat looks similar, but with a purple top.

We get ours at Babies R Us, it's 33.99 for the two pack box - it sounds like they already have the tub so that is the best way to go. You can also get it through amazon for about the same price. I have never looked at Target, maybe they have it?
