If you primarily run/walk or do other cardio during the week, do you do anything for strength training? If so, can anyone recommend a DVD or program?
I'm doing the C25K on the treadmill and I'm on it 4 times per week, but I'd love to incorporate some strength training on my off days. I've used the 30-day shred DVD, but I'm looking for something that has more strength and abs and less cardio.
